Urgent action is needed to save the world's #oceans, since the livelihoods of millions of people depend on their preservation and sustainable development, said @PScotlandCSG at the 2nd #OceansForum. The Secretary-General's comments were backed by @ThomsonFiji and @UNCTADKituyi.
